NAPCO Metal Siding

Write a review of NAPCO Siding

NAPCO manufactures vinyl and aluminum building products for homeowners, builders, distributors, and architects across the county. Like many of NAPCO's products, its line of aluminum siding comes with a limited lifetime warranty and the green builder seal of approval.

Metal Product Lines

The NAPCO product line includes two styles of aluminum siding available in Timberline woodgrain and smooth textures. Both collections feature a white, two-coat acrylic finish for maximum durability against severe weather.

NAPCO also offers a full line of aluminum accessories and accent pieces to create a unified exterior for any residential or commercial building.

Special Features

Both collections of NAPCO's aluminum siding have been approved by the National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB) Research Center as green building products. The NAHB determines this by first verifying the siding fits building code regulations and then testing the products durability. Products are examined in a lab setting and in the field under conditions in every geographic region and climate across the county.

Care and Maintenance

Rainfall should be enough to keep metal siding clean, but if moderate dirt builds NAPCO recommends rinsing siding off with a garden hose and soft bristled brush. More severe dirt accumulation - such as industrial atmospheric dirt, mildew, or caulking compound or tar - requires a home-made cleaning detergent for a more thorough cleaning. Cleaning solution suggestions are available on NAPCOs website.

Warranty

NAPCO's Limited Lifetime Transferable Warranty protects consumers from any manufacturers defects by offering a full repair, replacement, or reimbursement for the faulty equipment.

The warranty expires upon the death of the last original homeowner who purchased the product. If the warranty is transferred to a second homeowner, it will remain in effect until 50 years from the date of installation.
